Minor UX improvements for the Inbox

Now your Inbox entries link out to their original tickets/PRs so you can easily open them for extra context as needed.

You can also now filter the Inbox for entries from just one source at a time! Previously, if you had multiple sources (i.e. GitHub and Jira) connected, we would always show you entries from both.

Create Slack Groups for Easier Sharing

Now you can share Releases to Slack groups! Create a group of Slack channels in Integrations > Slack > Edit Settings so you can seamlessly share what ships to multiple channels at once.

New Release Tags, Feature Flags, and Filters Experience

Now you can add tags and feature flags to your Releases! You can customize the colors for all of your custom tags. Feature flags, since they aren't displayed to your users, will show up as a neutral gray.

You can also now filter the internal Releases page, with filters for the Public Changelog coming soon!
